Bradley Anderson
Bradley Anderson and his brother Brooks have always been fascinated by and passionate about the ever-changing face of North Texas, and over the last 20 years have worked diligently to be a part of Dallas’s explosive growth.
In 1980, the Brothers Anderson moved to Plano, then just a sleepy town just north of Dallas divided by a four-lane Central Expressway. As young boys, they witnessed its rapidly changing infrastructure before making a move that would change their lives forever. In 2001, they settled in Dallas eager to experience the many cultural and professional opportunities this burgeoning City had to offer.
Lawyers by education and restaurateurs by passion, they became a part of Dallas’s evolution into a thriving and progressive Metropolitan city. From their Lower Greenville Avenue law firm (Anderson & Anderson, LLP) to their award-winning restaurants and bars (Veritas Wine Room – Knox Henderson, Boulevardier – Bishop Arts District, Rapscallion – Lowest Greenville, and up and coming Hillside Tavern – Lakeside/East Dallas), they have earned a reputation for excellence and have gained an intimate knowledge into the character of Dallas’s distinct and charming neighborhoods. They have long-loved not only the region, but also the people who make it so unique and vibrant.
The Brothers Anderson believe that family is life’s greatest blessing. So they are incredibly excited to welcome yet another Dallas-based, family business – Anderson Conomos Team. This unique partnership includes former WFAA morning news anchor Alexa Conomos – Bradley’s wife and Brooks’ sister-in-law.
Combining negotiating skills honed by years of lawyering and deal-making, legal wisdom, marketing know-how, and social media strategy with their intimate knowledge of Dallas’s ever-evolving neighborhoods and housing trends, Bradley and Brooks bring unique experience and perspective to the North Texas real estate industry. They look forward to helping you and your family find the perfect home.
As the daughter of first generation Americans, Alexa Conomos learned at a young age that every family travels its own special journey, and, therefore, every person has a unique story to tell. Yet despite the different paths taken, one constant remains: it’s a story that begins and ends at home.
Alexa’s story began in a ranch-style house in the quiet California Bay Area town of Menlo Park (most notably now the home of Facebook!). As a little girl, she loved telling other people’s stories. So it was no surprise when she embarked upon a story-telling career that spanned 20 years and that ultimately led to Dallas Fort Worth. As WFAA-TV Channel 8’s morning news anchor, Alexa had the privilege of being welcomed into more homes to tell more stories about more fascinating people and their wonderful communities than she could ever have imagined. And along that professional journey, she realized something deeply personal: North Texas, with all its wide open spaces and unique neighborhoods, had become her home.
Now, it would be Alexa’s privilege to help you find yours. Buying or selling a home is not simply the American dream – it is an emotional journey that culminates in the most important investment of one’s life. As someone who has experienced her fair share of relocating from one city and one home to the next, Alexa understand the rigors of this all-encompassing journey.
Alexa’s journey has led her to partner with her husband, Bradley, and her brother-in-law, Brooks, to create Anderson Conomos Team. Lawyers by education (Anderson & Anderson LLP) and restaurateurs by passion (Dallas’s favorite vino pub – Veritas Wine Room, award-winning restaurants Rapscallion and Boulevardier, and up and coming Hillside Tavern), the Brothers Anderson and Alexa are invested in, passionate about, and inspired by the evolution of North Texas and its booming real estate industry.
Using their collective legal wisdom, negotiating skills, and marketing experience, Alexa’s background in media, public speaking, and social media strategy, combined with their intimate shared knowledge of North Texas’s ever-evolving neighborhoods and housing trends, Alexa and her family would be honored to walk with you on this journey as you create your own story.
